CAN I RETURN?

All sales and deposits are final–there are no exchanges, changes, refunds, or cancellations. This is standard practice for the bridal/formalwear industry.

WHEN SHOULD I START TO SHOP FOR MY WEDDING GOWN?

Ideally, we suggest you start looking 12-16 months before your wedding date to allow enough time for a special order and alterations. It can be helpful to have already chosen a date and venue, but it’s not required. We want this to be one of the happiest and most enjoyable experiences you’ll have during your wedding planning. On a shorter timeline? No worries; we always have a collection of new gowns available for quick shipping or you can purchase straight out of the collection in our off-the rack collection. (rush fees may apply on a quick ship).

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

Yes. To best serve you and be fully prepared for your guests, we require appointments.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Please bring any undergarments you will need to feel comfortable in during your one-on-one appointment with your bridal stylist. You will step up onto a riser so no need to worry about bringing heels. Bring those that presence is essential for your say yes moment!

who SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Bring your closest family and friends–those whose opinions you value most. If you are easily flustered or overwhelmed, keep invites to a few (we find 3-5 is a great number). We want your appointment exciting and stress free! Having those that mean the most to you, those that you want to include in your celebration, keeping in mind the more people the more opinions! We are always team bride, ensuring you get what you want. The dress that reflects who you are!
Although we love children, a bridal boutique gets very boring very quickly to a young child. We recommend leaving small children at home. We want your appointment to be all about you. Remember you can always involve loved ones (including children) during your dress pick-up.

WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE AT YOUR STORE AND WHAT SIZES DO YOUR CARRY?

  • Our Special order wedding dresses range from $1,500 to $5000, with most falling between $1800 to $2500. 
  • Dresses range from size 0-32 (Sample sizes range from 6-26.)
  • Off the rack dresses start at $799
