Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Some appointments require a non-refundable fee, which will be disclosed at the time of booking. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies; late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge.

All purchases made through our store must be paid in full at the time of transaction unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Returns & Refunds

All gown and accessory sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted once an order is placed or an item is purchased. Please review all sizing and customization information carefully before confirming your purchase. Prom dresses are registered to the school we're informed of. While we make every effort to track selections, we cannot guarantee that duplicates won't occur.
